IntelliAssist ("we," "us," "our") is committed to the responsible and ethical management of personal data. 2. Scope and Application
This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data when:
- Our clients ("Clients") and their authorized users ("Users") visit our website (intelliassist.co), use our mobile application, and use our AI-powered ROAS Acceleration Platform and associated services (the "Services").
- We process personal data of our Clients' customers ("End-Users") on behalf of and at the direction of our Clients through their use of our Services.
- Individuals interact with us for marketing, sales, or other business purposes.
This policy is designed to meet the legal requirements of our key operating markets, including the United States (CCPA/CPRA), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), India (DPDP Act 2023), the UAE, and Australia (Privacy Act 1988).
3. Our Roles: Data Controller and Data Processor
IntelliAssist operates in two distinct capacities:
- Data Controller: We act as a Data Controller when we process Personal Data for our own business purposes (account creation, contract management, billing, customer support, marketing).
- Data Processor: We act as a Data Processor when we process the Personal Data of our Clients' End-Users on their behalf. Our Clients are the Data Controllers for this End-User data, as governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
4. Information We Process and Why
We process different categories of Personal Data for specific purposes. We only collect what is necessary. When acting as a Controller we process Client Account Data (name, email, phone, billing) for account and service delivery; Marketing & Website Data (contact forms, IP, cookies) for marketing and analytics. When acting as a Processor we process Ad Performance Data, E-commerce Platform Data, End-User Interaction Data, and Client's Customer Data on behalf of our Clients.
5. Our Use of AI and Automated Decision-Making
IntelliAssist is an AI-powered platform. Our AI agents process marketing data to analyze, predict, and make recommendations. We do NOT use your Personal Data or your End-Users' Personal Data to train our global AI models. Each Client's AI instance is logically separated.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our web pages and mobile app utilize cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about website or app activity. This allows us to improve our Services and your experience. Most browsers allow you to control cookies. If you erase or block cookies, you may need to re-enter your credentials to access certain parts of our Services.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell Personal Data. We share Personal Data with third parties only to provide and improve our Services: Sub-processors and Service Providers (cloud hosting, analytics, CRM, payment processing), Legal Requirements, and Corporate Family. Our sub-processors are bound by contract to protect your data.
8. Data Security, Retention, and Account Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and access controls. We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary or as required by law. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of your rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@intelliassist.co. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.
